Moreaus are hideous, stitched-together creatures made from the parts of humans and either wolves or mountain lions, animated by black magic and mad science. Properly speaking, they are constructs; but they are animated through necromancy and have all the usual characteristics of undead as well: they can be turned by a druid or a paladin, they are immune to sleep, charm, and hold; and they are strong vs. cold but weak vs. fire. Apart from that, they seem to have no special abilities beyond a berserker level of morale (12 at all times). They are intelligent and capable of growling, gurgling speech. Having been stitched together from occasionally mismatched parts, they move with a shambling, limping gait (base speed 60’), but they don’t automatically lose the initiative like zombies do.
